Quasiperiodic quantum heat engines with a mobility edge

Abstract
The authors study the capability of a generalised version of the quasiperiodic Aubry-Andr\'e-Harper potential as working medium in a quantum heat engine. The spectrum of the model features a tunable mobility edge that is exploited as energy filter to enhance thermoelectric effects.
