Study of flux crystal growth peculiarities, structure and Raman spectra of double (Mn,Ni)<sub>3</sub>BO<sub>5</sub> and triple (Mn,Ni,Cu)<sub>3</sub>BO<sub>5</sub> oxyborates with ludwigite structure

Abstract
Single crystals of (Mn,Ni,Cu) 3 BO 5 ludwigites have been obtained by a flux technique and studied by XRD, EDX and Raman spectroscopy. The significant difference of the actual Mn/Ni/Cu ratio and the ratio in the flux was found and discussed.
