La deserción escolar: Una perspectiva compleja en tiempos de pandemia

Abstract

Education in times of pandemic has been a challenge for students and teachers, the possibility of \ncontinuing with the teaching system has provided positive, but also negative, aspects. The present \nexordium of the research aims to study school dropout, with the aim of creating innovative \nmeasures that motivate the student to continue with this inalienable right. The problem lies in the \neconomic factors and connectivity on the Internet causing instability in the teaching-learning \nprocess in students of the upper elementary school. The research methodology applied in this study \nwas through field work, using a qualitative and quantitative approach, the evidence process was \nverified by the registration of students who dropped out of the institution based on surveys through \nForms, the methods used were deductive-inductive, heuristic, analytical-synthetic, which allowed \nknowing the relevant aspects for the development of the research. As a result, it is obtained that the \ndropout students have been due to economic and connectivity problems, but within this problem \nthe support of teachers affects the delivery of pedagogical cards to avoid more desertion in \neducational establishments in the city of Manta
