Abstract
Water soluble Pd(<sc>ii</sc>) and Pt(<sc>ii</sc>)–ADC species synthesized <italic>via</italic> the metal-mediated coupling of isocyanides and 1,2-diaminobenzene have demonstrated antitumor potential.
