Abstract
The novel nanomaterials Au x Pd y @ZIF-8 catalyze H 2 -producing ammonia borane methanolysis; the reaction is considerably boosted by visible-light irradiation and ZIF-8 surpassing other supports. KIE studies and DFT calculations delineate the mechanism.
