Abstract
Systemic drug-related intertriginous and flexural exanthema (SDRIFE) is a well-demarcated erythematous dermatitis observed after systemic drug exposure. The dermatitis is typically symmetrically distributed with predominance in the intertriginous and/or flexural areas.1 The prognosis is typically good after cessation of the causative agent, and topical or systemic steroids can be used as needed to accelerate symptom resolution.
