Abstract

BACKGROUND: Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common degenerative joint disease primarily characterized by cartilage destruction. The aim of this study was to investigate the role, molecular characteristics and potential therapeutic target of chondrocyte ferroptosis in the pathogenesis of OA. METHODS: ). FINDINGS: mice.
