Abstract

The necessity of FET-Biosensors in many fields has prompted the development of considerably more easily than traditional tests. As signal-to-noise ratio, sensing surface properties, and other accurate and potent biosensors, since they can gather information more quickly and quantitative and qualitative performance parameters will eventually be taken into account, this paper will primarily focus on these parameters to discuss the current challenges in device design. By doing so, it will be possible to address some of the most pressing issues with device design and practical restrictions. Moreover, this article included systematic development of performance parameters along with their outstanding electrical characteristics, compactness, scalability and applications.
