Near-unity and narrow green emission from a manganese( <scp>ii</scp> ) bromide for efficient WLEDs and 3D X-ray imaging

Abstract
Manganese( ii ) bromide simultaneously achieves near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield (≈ 99.6%) and exceptionally narrow green emission (FWHM = 40 nm). These properties enable high-effect white light-emitting diode (WLED) and 3D X-ray Imaging.
