Preparation of flexible rubber composites with high contents of tungsten powders for gamma radiation shielding

Abstract

摘要 为了制备具有良好γ射线屏蔽性能和优良力学性能的钨/橡胶复合材料, 采用复合表面改性剂对钨粉进行表面改性。在适当的复合表面改性剂用量下, 钨颗粒的分散性得到细化, 钨颗粒与橡胶分子链的相互作用增强, 其最佳拉伸强度接近6.07 MPa, 是未经表面改性的1.72倍。综合的橡胶复合材料的γ射线屏蔽率为45.2%, 厚度约为10 mm。综合的橡胶复合材料可以满足防护服的要求。
