Intelligent modeling and optimization of processes in the labour market

Abstract

In this scientific work, an improved approach to the coordination of labor market relations is proposed and justified. A mathematical model for redistribution of labor force in the labor market is proposed. Due to the increase in the solution space of the proposed mathematical model, optimization was carried out using genetic algorithms. An improved genetic algorithm is proposed and experimental results are obtained.
