Abstract
It is my great honor to introduce you to the Proceedings of the IEEE-11th International Conference on Information Systems and Advanced Technologies (ICISAT’2021) held from December 27-28, 2021, as a virtual conference. ICISAT 2021 was originally scheduled to be held on site presentation, but the onsite was replaced by the online presentation for the health and safety of our participants owing to the pandemic of COVID-19.
