Design and optimization of triplet–triplet annihilation upconversion annihilators
Lukas Naimovičius, Andrew B. Pun
Abstract
The lack of efficient annihilators limits triplet–triplet annihilation upconversion (TTA-UC) and hinders its real-world application. In this forum, we review progress made to develop design rules for novel and optimized annihilators. These efficient materials are crucial for the implementation of TTA-UC across its broad range of applications.
