Abstract
Oxidation states of MoO 3 alter the electronic properties by several orders of magnitude. Oxygen vacancy-mediated intrinsic defects in vertically aligned α-MoO 3 crystals are systematically tuned and their impact on optoelectronic properties analyzed.
