There are many companies around the world implementing Lean Manufacturing Systems and Tools, also known as Lean practices. Although Lean practices have been proven to be very useful, there are a number of challenges when implementing and maintaining them. Culturally employees in different countries and companies have differing motivations. Therefore, finding a method to motivate and engage employees to adhere to the Lean practices is a priority.
