Abstract
This study demonstrates the high potential of Prorocentrum donghaiense , a dominant bloom-causing dinoflagellate, for lipid production. Compared with previously studied oleaginous microalgae, P. donghaiense exhibit greater potential for practical application due to its higher biomass and lipid contents.
