Abstract

In this paper, we introduce a new type of statistical convergence method for double sequences by using the <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M2"> <a:mfenced open="(" close=")" separators="|"> <a:mrow> <a:mi>M</a:mi> <a:mo>,</a:mo> <a:msub> <a:mrow> <a:mi>λ</a:mi> </a:mrow> <a:mrow> <a:mi>m</a:mi> <a:mo>,</a:mo> <a:mi>n</a:mi> </a:mrow> </a:msub> </a:mrow> </a:mfenced> </a:math> -method of summability which was defined by Natarajan. We also obtain some inclusion relations between statistical convergence and <f:math xmlns:f="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M3"> <f:msub> <f:mrow> <f:mi>M</f:mi> </f:mrow> <f:mrow> <f:mi>λ</f:mi> <f:mi>m</f:mi> <f:mo>,</f:mo> <f:mi>n</f:mi> </f:mrow> </f:msub> </f:math> -statistical convergence for double sequences.
