, increased the levels of acetic acid, propionic acid, and butyric acid, and restored dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced dysbiosis of the intestinal flora in mice. These findings provide guidance for the development of FSDF and UFSDF as functional foods for the relief of ulcerative colitis.
