Common-Mode-Anti-Phase Coupler with a Wide Band and Reduced Dimensions
Denis A. Letavin
Abstract
The article describes the basic information on the miniaturization of the in-phase antiphase coupler. A description of the process of downsizing due to the use of artificial transmission lines is given. The area of the miniature device was 78.6% smaller (taking into account the operating frequency of 1 GHz) than the area of a similar device in the usual version. As a substrate material, a cheap and widely known material FR4 is used.
