Abstract

Using nucleophilic, boron-based –CF 2 Ar reagents, we demonstrate three methods to form C–C F bonds: (1) nucleophilic aromatic substitution, (2) palladium catalyzed cross-coupling, and (3) nucleophilic substitution.
