Abstract
The distinct acid–base properties of γ-Al 2 O 3 and η-Al 2 O 3 confer electron-rich and electron-deficient characteristics on it supported Pd nanoparticles, selectively enhancing nitrobenzene and phenylacetylene hydrogenation, respectively.
