Contactless measurement of the photovoltage in BiVO<sub>4</sub> photoelectrodes

Abstract
Vibrating Kelvin probe surface photovoltage spectroscopy (VKP SPV) provides the photovoltage of BiVO 4 -liquid junctions in a contactless way. The photovoltage is controlled by the electrochemical potential of the redox couples in solution.
