Abstract

A novel thienothiophene (TT) and phthalocyanine (Pc) based conjugated material was designed, synthesized, fabricated for an organic field effect transistor (OFET) and utilized as an OFET based gas sensor for hazardous gases such as NO 2 and SO 2 .
