Hybrid Recommendations System for Women Health Nutrition at Menstruation Cycle

Abstract
Menstruation is a normal aspect of every female life and it occurs once in a month. Any changes in a woman's body, there is a chance she will have a menstrual cycle. Depending on their ages and the girls confront several obstacles. During menstruation, females have hair loss, heavy bleeding the most major issue for health and stomach ache and back pain. Techniques for solving the problem have been presented for food nutrition recommendations during menstruation troubles. Menstrual cycles and food nutrition recommendations are maintained in block chain technology. In this research study, implemented for food suggestion Melia dubia (Malai Vembu) Liquid and fermented rice water identify the weaknesses during menstrual time and make suggestions for health nutrition from cycle 1 to cycle 3 utilizing collaborative filtering and content-based filtering. Furthermore, the hybrids recommendation algorithm to consuming the indication of food suggestion and the whole evaluation reached 94% accuracy. According to the study results, the proposed technique is helpful and might be applied to detect effectively and improve on current procedures.
