Collective excitations of a one-dimensional quantum droplet

Abstract

The excitation spectrum of a one-dimensional two-component bosonic mixture of ultracold atoms is studied by an extension of the Gross-Pitaevskii equation approach. The results can help distinguish the self-bound droplet state from the bright soliton.
