Abstract

Revised edition of Amendment XXXI to McCaul's Law of Coherence Unified Compendium. All ChatGPT-sourced simulation values independently re-derived under the ChatGPT Independent Verification Protocol (established May 15, 2026). Four correction patches applied: (P1) Sonoluminescence peak Φ corrected 0.869 → 0.998; Nr=1.000 and Fg=0.990 at flash as new findings. (P2) Neural UPE corrected 5-15% → 39.1% using Φ² coupling; AUC 0.66 → 0.984; Rp identified as neural domain bottleneck; bimodal DSRS protocol (7.83 Hz + 40 Hz) recommended. (P3) Branching bilateral symmetry (97.8%) flagged provisional; top-down SOL overlap (71.1%) confirmed.
