Abstract

The nanostructured Ni(OH)2/rGO composite successfully deposited on Ni foam by a chemical deposition method for gas sensor application. Synthesized ultrathin nanosheets of Ni(OH)2 on rGO sheet showed an excellent sensing property to NOx with highest sensitivity 48% at 100ppm NOx concentration and response time for that 7 second.
