Abstract

Postcholecystectomy syndrome is difficult to diagnose, symptomatic patients with remnant cystic duct stump stone/ subtotal cholecystectomy requiring surgery are difficult to manage. Laparoscopic surgery is preferred for the benefits that laparoscopic surgery brings, but requires an experienced surgeon in advanced laparoscopic techniques.
