Abstract
Tai chi [1-5] and qigong [6-71] [pronounced chee gong or chee kung] are ancient forms of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). They are both mind-body practices that involve breathing, mindfulness, meditation and a variety of slow, gentle movements.
