Qualitative data analysis

Abstract

This chapter describes the qualitative data analysis with the use of NVivo. Practical examples will be given from a cross-national study which was conducted aiming to investigate the phenomena and experiences of ethnic restaurant owners and consumers. The investigation was qualitative in nature, following a constructivist grounded theory approach.
