Cloud based Centralized Smart Cart and Contactless Billing System

Abstract
Cloud computing with Internet of Things (IoT) has been proven to solve major problems that automation can face when data is processed on each device at a time. The problems include bulkier utility devices used to harbour high-capacity processors, difficulty in unifying different devices. IoT when combined with cloud computing, the system gives a unified platform to work on making the processing of data and cooperation between different devices hassle-free. The proposed Smart Cart and Billing System automates the billing process using a cloud facility to maintain user data and makes it easy for both the user and the admin to navigate through the database in real time. To ensure an efficient and secure network line, this research study has introduced a standard network of 802.11n hardware with a Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) architecture. Very few literatures have presented the cloud based centralised data management physical cart system. This is a unique approach to leverage fast wireless communication and centralised databases for minimising computational capacity consumption and latency.
