Correlation analysis indicated that a close correlation existed between intestinal microbiota, hepatic circadian gene expressions and the level of glucose metabolism-related factors, indicating that CAP could alleviate HFFD-induced disturbances of glucose metabolism and gut microbiota associated with circadian clock related mechanisms.
