Abstract
. Together, our data demonstrate that low abundance of mitophagy markers is associated with ROS overproduction in dairy cows with fatty liver and impaired mitophagy induced by a high concentration of FFA promotes ROS production and lipid accumulation in female calf hepatocytes.
