Novel conjugated small molecule-based nanoparticles for NIR-II photothermal antibacterial therapy

Abstract
A novel photothermal agent CPDT-T is developed and the corresponding nano-agent CNP exhibits high PTCE of 49% and outstanding bacteria inhibition efficiency of almost 100% against S. aureus under NIR-II laser irradiation (1064 nm).
