Abstract
Our findings implicate the DNA-PK complex as a key regulator of hyperglycemia-induced endothelial ferroptosis in T2DM cardiomyopathy. Targeting DNA-PK complex may represent a novel therapeutic strategy for mitigating microvascular dysfunction and cardiac decline in T2DM.
