Abstract
Due to the impact of the epidemic, human health is seriously threatened so that the technology of human health detection is increasingly important, and humidity sensors for detecting human health have been studied extensively. A number of humidity sensors made of a variety of different materials and based on multiple principles have been prepared, which can be classified into numerous categories. This article starts out by introducing sensor materials according to environmentally friendliness. Following that, a variety of structures for humidity sensors, the mechanisms for sensing, and different power supply types are discussed. This study summarizes the review of current research in this field as well as challenges that exist, indicating the focus of possible future research and application prospects. This work may pave the way to understanding the overview of humidity sensing.
