A Review of Image Processing Applications based on Raspberry-Pi

Abstract
Raspberry-Pi is one of the most powerful and widely used electronic prototyping board in the modern era. It works as a mini-computer in terms of speed and efficiency. It can be used in diverse fields for developing different types of real-time applications which are amicable for us in our daily life. Image Processing involves processing and extracting valuable information from an image to utilize it for one's individual needs. In this survey, we have chosen the Raspberry Pi applications involved in image processing. Different applications such as Image Recognition, Surveillance, Facial Recognition, Smart Irrigation, Fire Detection, etc, using Image processing technology are discussed and their techniques, challenges, and limitations are presented.
