Surveillance 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) spreading: Is a terrifying pandemic outbreak is soon?

Abstract
Sir, The number of confirmed cases of the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) reported to the World Health Organization (WHO) continues to rise worldwide; the outbreak of the novel (COVID-19) is regarding a serious threat to global health. Globally, confirmed cases with (COVID-19) until 19 February were reached to 75,204 from those 1872 cases regarding new cases. Just in China, 74,280 confirmed infection while outside of China, 924 cases were confirmed among 25 countries. The total death was 2009, from those 2006 in China alone with a total of 136 new reports cases.[1] Coronavirus is positive polarity RNA with envelope, it related with zoonotic infection that belongs to Coronaviridae, there are four known genera of coronavirus, but in January 10, 2020, a modern coronavirus in Wuhan in China have been emerged causing severe pulmonary outbreak, it is recorded as (COVID-19) by the WHO, as of February 05, 2020, were 24,554 infections and 292 death in 24 countries [Figure 1].[2]Figure 1: Increasing in 2019 novel corona virus spreading with timeThe most common infected persons with (COVID-19) were men with chronic pulmonary or cardiovascular disorders, hypertension, and diabetes. Infected individuals have a fever, coughing with sputum, headache, and diarrhea. Renal failure may be one of the viral complications.[3] On January 03, 2020, a sum of 44 infections in a human was recorded to the WHO. A total of 17,391 cases have been confirmed worldwide on February 3 with 2838 new cases.[4] The prevalence of (COVID-19) increased greatly from January 3 to February 19 that was reached 75,204 confirmed infection [Table 1].[1]Table 1: 2019 novel coronavirus distributionTo conclude, the number of cases is still increasing with time, so effective prevention methods should be more restricted to prevent terrifying pandemic spreading with the urgent need to develop an effective vaccine and antiviral agent against this modern virus.
