Abstract

One dimensional amorphous porous Ir–Ru oxide nanobelts (NBs) were synthesized by ion exchange method. The Am-Ir 1 Ru 3 O 8 NBs-250 exhibit an excellent oxygen evolution reaction (OER) activity, outperforming most electrocatalysts reported to date.
