Abstract
and BN. The present exfoliation scheme is nondestructive, and the materials prepared by PVA-assisted exfoliation can be directly fabricated into devices. This exfoliation approach could be helpful in overcoming the preparation bottleneck for large-scale applications of two-dimensional (2D) materials.
