Abstract
High-Performance Cooperative DNA Nanodevices In article number 2400255, Ye Zhang, Xiaohui Yan, and co-workers report a high-performance cooperative DNA nanodevice for sensitive imaging and precise regulation of circRNAs. With a cooperative exponential signal amplification, the nanodevice effectively detects minute quantities of circRNAs with negligible background interference. It also promotes tumor cell apoptosis and inhibits tumor growth by preloading tumor suppression miRNAs and so can serve as a potential tool box in clinical tumor diagnosis and therapy.
