46‐3: Image Adaptive Refresh Rate technology for Ultra Low Power Consumption

Abstract
We have researched low refresh rate driving methods and algorithms to reduce display power consumption. In this paper, we propose not only how to drive display at low refresh rate but how to minimize drive IC power consumption during blank time. Moreover, we also suggest how to decrease system power consumption by handshake between SET and display.
