Abstract
Optimal polymer film orientation by high-temperature rubbing and doping with F6TCNNQ leads to charge conductivities of 2–5 × 10 4 S cm −1 and thermoelectric power factors >2.0 mW m −1 K −2 for a new PBTTT with a single ether function in the side chain.
