New highly efficient phosphorescent manganese halides as green and blue emitters

Abstract
Three new manganese compounds on 5-(pyridin-2-yl)-3-phenyl-1,2,4-triazole (L) basis (HL) 4 [MnBr 4 ] 2 ·H 2 O, (HL) 2 [MnCl 4 ] and [MnL 2 Cl 2 ]·H 2 O have been synthesized and characterized in terms of their structure, photo- and electroluminescence properties.
