Abstract

In this paper, a quadratic DC-DC converter has been recommended. The continuing of the output current, high voltage gain, and low value of the semiconductors current stress are the bolded features of this converter. In comparison with conventional converters, it has a higher voltage gain. Moreover, such a higher voltage gain has been achieved with an acceptable and high voltage gain. In addition, the high volume and mass of transformer and coupled-inductor-based converters besides their EMI and leakage inductance problems are absent in this topology. All the extracted figures and control analyses have been done by MATLAB. In the end, the simulation results have been extracted by PLECS and compared with the theoretical results.
