Abstract

Several theories have been proposed to explain the co-existence of high conductivity and high salt concentration for water-in-salt electrolytes. Here, we fill the gap related to the structural, physical, and electrochemical properties of the LiTFSI–H 2 O binary system at high mol kg −1 .
