THE PRIMACY OF FINITUDE AND THE ERROR OF INFINITY

Abstract
This paper demonstrates that infinity, while mathematically valid, has no physical instantiation. No experiment has ever produced or measured infinite energy, mass, temperature, curvature, information, or probability. Across relativity, quantum mechanics, thermodynamics, information theory, and cosmology, all measurable quantities remain finite and asymptotically bounded. Divergence signals breakdown of a model rather than a real physical state. Together with established results that true zero is never observed, the work constrains physical reality to a closed interval ε≤x≤Ω, with ε>0 and Ω<∞. Infinity thus functions as a formal limit, not a physical quantity, and physical models must remain finite and normalizable to remain empirically valid.
