Abstract
The single-stage module of Mg 3.15 Co 0.05 Sb 1.24 Bi 0.75 Se 0.01 /(Pb 0.15 Ge 0.85 Te) 0.8 (AgSbTe 2 ) 0.2 realized a remarkable conversion efficiency of 14.5% at a temperature difference of 480 K.
