Abstract

A tin-free asymmetric small-molecule guest donor ( o PhFO) with a wide bandgap allows PM6: o PhFO:BTP-ec9 ternary OSCs to reach a champion efficiency of 19.5% by optimizing blend morphology and vertical phase separation as well as reducing energy loss.
