Overdoped end of the cuprate phase diagram
Thomas Maier, Seher Karakuzu, D. J. Scalapino
Abstract
This work explores the disappearance of superconductivity at the end of the cuprate high-${T}_{c}$ dome. The authors find that the vanishing of ${T}_{c}$ arises from the combined effects of a decrease in the strength of the pairing interaction and an increase in the impurity scattering as the doping increases.
